– All participants with approved submissions must complete their registration and payment by May 18, 2025.
–The registration platform will issue an invoice with the details entered by the participant after payment of the corresponding fee. Please carefully check your information, particularly the VAT number (NIF). No new invoices will be issued due to incorrect data entry.
– In case of non-participation in the Conference, the registration fee will not be refunded.
– It is not possible to change from in-person registration to online, or vice versa.
