Cycle in Clinical and Health Psychology of the Department of Psychology and Education, are organized in collaboration with the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, where they will take place, on May 20 and
21, 2025.
This edition is dedicated to the theme Mental Health and Change: Opportunities and Challenges for Clinical and Health Psychology. The aim is to create a space for reflection on the adaptive demands arising from a reality strongly shaped by change and the uncertainties that come with it, as well as their impact on mental health. Can Clinical and Health Psychology help maximize the adaptive resources needed? We believe so. Hence, the challenge becomes an opportunity to contribute to building better and more effective responses, fostering the resources inherent in every human being.
To bridge distances, we will maintain a hybrid format. To encourage reflection and knowledge sharing, we will welcome distinguished keynote speakers with outstanding international recognition. In addition to these invited speakers, we also welcome those who wish to share the results of their research and reflections through symposia, oral communications, and poster presentations.
